This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Raisepath platform. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, display, or transmit any content that:

Violence and Harm

  • Depicts or promotes violence, weapons, or self-harm
  • Depicts graphic injury, gore, or death
  • Promotes illegal activity
  • Threatens or harasses any individual or group

Sexual Content

  • Contains nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content
  • Sexualizes minors in any way
  • Solicits sexual content from any user

Hateful Content

  • Promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics
  • Promotes terrorism, extremism, or organized hate groups

Illegal Content

  • Violates any applicable law
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains personal information of others without consent
  • Depicts illegal drug use or trafficking

Deceptive Content

  • Misrepresents the purpose of a fundraising campaign
  • Misrepresents identity or affiliation
  • Contains false or misleading information
  • Constitutes fraud, phishing, or other deceptive practices

Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
  • Interfere with Service operation (DDoS, exploits, malicious code)
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data without written permission
  • Create accounts using false information
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Solicit donations under false pretenses
  • Resell the Service without written authorization
  • Use the Service in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on infrastructure

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor any content uploaded to the Service. Monitoring may be automated, manual, or both.

We may take any of the following actions in response to violations, at our sole discretion:

  • Remove or modify offending content
  • Suspend or terminate user or organization accounts
  • Hold pending payouts pending investigation
  • Cooperate with law enforcement
  • Pursue legal action

Reporting Violations

To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, contact:

Reports should include:

  • Description of the violation
  • URL or location of the offending content
  • Your contact information

We aim to review reports within 2 business days.

Data Privacy

We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy with at least 14 days' notice for material changes.
