This Shipping Policy applies to physical goods ordered through the Raisepath platform.
Shipping Options
When ordering physical goods, buyers may choose:
- Ship to School: Items are batched with other orders from the same campaign and delivered to the school for distribution. Typically free or low-cost.
- Ship to Home: Items shipped directly to the buyer's home address. Standard shipping rates apply.
Processing Times
- Standard products: 3-5 business days
- Custom/personalized items (print-on-demand): 5-10 business days
- Ship-to-school orders: Held until campaign ends, then batched and shipped to school in one delivery (~10-15 business days after campaign close)
Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods.
Shipping Times
- Standard domestic shipping (US): 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for additional fee
- International shipping: Currently not supported for most items
Tracking information provided via email once shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Ship-to-school orders typically have no per-order shipping fee
- Ship-to-home orders are charged based on weight, dimensions, and destination
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Lost in transit: Replaced or refunded if no movement for 14 days or officially declared lost by carrier
- Marked delivered but not received: Buyer responsible for filing claim with carrier
- Stolen after delivery: Not covered
Shipping Refunds
We do not guarantee that shipping refund requests will be accepted. See Refund Policy for details.
Returns
Returns are only accepted under conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy. Unaccepted returns will not be refunded and will not be returned to sender.
Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses incur a re-shipping fee.
